Good day Pres. Gloria Arroyo! If you read the www. spot.ph BenCab's opinion about Caparas being in your national artist 2009, there you will see my opinions too under the name "taga Visayas...". I hope you will read through it and see why Caparas does not deserve to be included in the national artist league and let him enjoy the ultra-luxurious benefits it affords. You should not level with him Pres. Arroyo. He is a taint to your background and your honor, if I may say so... I don't know BenCab and I don't subscribe to his nude drawings. It just happened that his website is the only one having an opinions feature, when I got into this national artist issue involving Caparas. He really does not deserve this honor, Mrs. President. May you listen to me. May you listen to the former National Artists. May you exercise your respect for democracy and listen to the protests....
